Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources back to your website? My blog is in the very same area of interest as yours and my visitors would really benefit from a lot of the information you present here. Please let me know if this alright with you. Regards!

Great post, Ron! Another good way to cut down on returns is displaying customer-submitted product reviews and ratings on your website. Of course, glowing reviews encourage people to buy. But even mixed or negative reviews (like "this is a great movie but it's not appropriate for children" or "these pants run a size too big" are actually helping you -- because they help customers decide, and direct them to the products that are best for them. Those orders are more likely to produce satisfied customers.

Ron, Kudod to Maria for a beautiful job! The new design is wonderful! As usual, great information from the master of influence. So many new entrepreneurs do not think of this important step and other systems and processes to ensure success.

Karen Swim´s last blog post..Stress - Screeching Strings or Beautiful Music?

Great post Ron. Most people assume that if you don't address the issue of customer returns, they are likely not to happen. Big mistake, especially in online business. Addressing potential return issues, before they happen is always the best action to lower them.
